We are supporting a purpose-driven organisation operating at the intersection of financial services, public policy and insurance to appoint a Strategic Planning & Insights Lead. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys intellectually rigorous work, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to shape long-term direction in a complex, highly regulated environment. You will work closely with senior leadership and play a central role in guiding organisational strategy through a changing market and policy landscape.
The role:
- Support senior leadership and the CEO on core strategic initiatives
- Contribute to the development and ongoing evolution of organisational strategy
- Connect insights across teams and lead cross-functional strategic programmes
- Anticipate and assess risks and opportunities arising from market, regulatory and policy change
- Advise on strategic communications and external positioning
- Support engagement with key external stakeholders and public-sector bodies
- Represent the organisation at relevant external forums and events
What we are looking for:
- Extensive experience in strategy consulting or an in-house strategy role
