Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with strong M&A exposure to support financial leadership, strategic decision-making, and value creation across the business. Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
- Lead and support financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestments, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Provide high-quality financial analysis and insights to support strategic and commercial decisions.
- Oversee month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely management reporting.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to drive financial performance.
- Review and improve financial controls, processes, and systems.
