You will be joining a welcoming workplace where people are encouraged, supported and valued.

The main focus of this role is to monitor customer accounts and ensure outstanding invoices are collected in a timely manner. This position would suit someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable communicating with customers, as well as working closely with colleagues across the business.

Reporting to the Hiring Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Chasing overdue payments by phone, email and written correspondence
  • Allocating and reconciling incoming payments
  • Investigating invoice queries with internal departments
  • Preparing regular reports on aged debt and cash collection

Building and maintaining positive relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders will be an important part of the role.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable, who has strong communication skills and a good eye for detail. You should be able to manage multiple accounts, work to deadlines and feel confident using Microsoft Excel and Sage. A basic understanding of accounting principles is also important.
