We are partnering with an exciting and fast-growing beauty brand to recruit a newly created Ecommerce & Customer Experience Coordinator position. This role has been created as part of the company's continued expansion and increasing investment in digital growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving onsite customer experience, increasing conversion rates, and supporting the wider ecommerce strategy alongside the marketing team.
The Opportunity
As Ecommerce & Customer Experience Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day performance of the brand's ecommerce platform while helping create a seamless and engaging customer journey from first visit through to purchase and retention. You'll work closely with marketing, creative, and commercial teams to optimise website content, improve customer engagement, analyse performance data, and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of ecommerce and digital customer behaviour who is looking to grow their career within a modern beauty brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing optimisation and performance of the ecommerce website
- Monitor customer journey and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and online sales
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, launches, promotions, and customer engagement activity
- Analyse website performance, customer behaviour, and sales data to provide actionable insights
- Coordinate website updates including product launches, merchandising, content, and promotions
- Help improve onsite UX and customer experience across desktop and mobile
- Monitor customer feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with CRM and retention activity including email campaigns and customer engagement
- Support A/B testing and conversion optimisation initiatives
About You
- Previous experience within ecommerce, digital, online retail, or customer experience
- Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, and customer retention
- Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting performance data
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and creative teams
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Passionate about beauty, consumer brands, and digital trends
