A London based, multi-site workspace brand is looking for a Social and Content Manager to take ownership of organic social and create content assets for paid campaigns. You will join a growing digital team and work closely with a Digital Lead who owns media strategy and performance, while you own the content that makes channels grow.
About The Role
You will spend your time where the content lives: on site, building relationships, capturing moments, and turning them into strong platform native posts. You will run social end to end, from planning and creation through to publishing, community management, and performance reporting.
What you will do
- Own organic social across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Capture, edit, and publish content with pace, judgement, and a consistent tone of voice.
- Create paid social creative assets and multiple variants for testing.
- Build relationships across multiple sites with internal teams and customers to source content.
- Monitor performance, report on results, and refine content based on insights.
- Partner with external agencies on hero content, then repurpose it into always on social.
What you need
- Experience owning organic social for a multi-site brand, ideally in a lifestyle led setting such as hospitality, venues, membership, or similar.
- Strong creative instincts and a portfolio that shows:
- Short form video and platform native content.
- Clear understanding of tone, brand, and audience.
- Paid social creative assets you have produced.
Nice to have
- Influencer marketing exposure, from identifying creators through to briefing and content review.
- Experience working with agencies and adapting hero assets into organic and paid variants.
