What You'll Do
- Prepare and complete RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs in line with established best practices and organizational standards
- Develop subject-matter expertise in assigned asset classes or investment strategies to enhance response quality
- Maintain and update the strategy-related sections of the RFP database (e.g., Loopio) to ensure content remains current and accurate
- Identify and support initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, and the overall quality of proposal outputs
- Perform additional related tasks or special projects as required to support the broader proposals function
What You Bring
- Extensive RFP writing experience in the Asset Management industry
- Strong proposal-writing skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and compelling responses
- Working knowledge of equity and fixed income investment strategies
- Hands-on experience using RFP Machine or similar RFP automation tools
- Detail-oriented, strategic communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration and multitasking skills
