Account Director - London (Hybrid) - £50k-£55k + bonus Join an independent growing marketing agency.

You will take a lead role overseeing key client accounts, driving overarching media strategy, and leading integrated marketing campaigns in the property sector.

Role: Take the ultimate lead in managing senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner and directing account growth.

Lead end-to-end media strategy and high-level planning across all channels, seamlessly integrating traditional (print, OOH) and digital media formats.

Interrogate complex client briefs, using market insights and data-led analysis to shape innovative, high-impact campaign strategies.

Direct multi-channel budget allocations, channel flighting, and commercial campaign negotiations to deliver maximum ROI for clients.

Oversee diverse campaign models, including brand positioning, performance/DR media, high-value sponsorships, and bespoke content partnerships.

Lead and inspire the account team, mentoring Account Managers and junior staff while setting high standards for campaign execution.

Play a key role in agency growth, leading high-profile new business pitches and strategic client proposals.

About you: Proven track record as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director within an advertising or media agency.

Demonstrated mastery in leading client relationships, taking full ownership of client retention, growth, and high-level strategy.

Extensive experience in holistic, multi-channel media planning and buying across both offline and digital channels.

Commercial acumen with strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, business metrics, and market trends.
