What You'll Do
- Technical Leadership
- Serve as technical lead for SIPP and ISA wrappers, setting and keeping up to date the technical requirements that support Vanguard's proposition and platform.
- Work with proposition teams and cross functional streams to align customer experience, regulatory needs and technical delivery, making sure impacts are clear and manageable.
- Keep track of industry, market and regulatory changes and assess their technical and service impact on wrappers and propositions.
- Create and maintain core regulatory control frameworks for product wrappers to ensure continued compliance and operability.
- Regulatory Oversight
- Keep SIPP and ISA wrappers compliant, translating regulatory changes into clear operational processes.
