What You'll Do Provide expert remuneration support to senior leaders across L G Institutional Retirement, addressing complex pay-related issues and requests. Develop and implement reward strategies designed to incentivise, recognise and retain employees. Partner with the Divisional HR Director and key stakeholders to align reward programmes with business objectives and organisational requirements. Support HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition with market benchmarking, pay recommendations, new-hire packages, offer construction, buy-outs and remuneration proposals. Manage the division's annual reward cycle, including base-pay reviews, annual bonus determinations and long-term incentive awards.
