What You'll Do
- Work with the Head of Reward and Mobility to design, roll out and maintain competitive, fair and well governed compensation and benefits programmes that support the Bank's strategic aims.
- Oversee the Bank's remuneration platforms (PeopleFluent and Vantage Point), managing daily administration, stakeholder communications, performance monitoring and the annual pay cycle; evaluate platform improvements or alternative solutions.
- Drive external market benchmarking activity, handling job matching, quantitative analysis, reporting and supplier relationships, and propose refinements to the benchmarking methodology.
