We’re looking for a Product Designer to create intuitive, user‑friendly experiences across our web and mobile products. You’ll design end‑to‑end user journeys, develop clean and modern interfaces, and help shape how users interact with our digital tools. The role involves product design, interaction design, and building seamless conversational and guided user flows. Please note this role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and would require relocation. Remote working in the summer or working from the London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Experience Design: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs for web and mobile. Design clear, simple, and engaging interaction patterns, including chatbot‑style or guided workflows. Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across all product surfaces.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions. Translate insights into design improvements and product enhancements.
- Interaction & Visual Design: Develop intuitive layouts, navigation structures, and visual components. Work with product and engineering teams to refine interactions and ensure smooth implementation.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system. Ensure consistent use of components, styles, and patterns across the product suite.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design with business and technical requirements. Present design concepts and rationale clearly and confidently.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (Arts, Design etc.) or above from a reputable design school or university.
- Minimum 5 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience in a best-in-class design team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile product design (including case studies).
- Experience designing user flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
- Ability to simplify complex processes into intuitive user experiences.
- Understanding of accessibility and user‑centric design principles.
- Experience with chatbot or conversational interface design is a plus.
