Robert Walters are representing an exciting global business in their search for a dynamic Senior Finance Analyst. This varied role involves building strong working relationships with Director level stakeholders across the Group. You will have the opportunity to showcase strong modelling capabilities and will be encouraged to drive improvements to processes and automation across reporting and FP&A.
The role:
- Develop, build, and update complex financial models to enhance FP&A processes.
- Take ownership of the continual development of cashflow forecasting and reporting.
- Build strong working relationships with the senior leadership team including Divisional Directors outside of finance.
- Drive improvements to processes and create efficiency to further strengthen the finance function.
- Provide working capital insight to guide M&A activity.
- Develop MI and data initiatives to support financial and management accounting along with the commercial teams.
- Seek to drive automation where possible.
- Utilise strong modelling skills to drive automation along with enhancement of systems.
Experience:
- Fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Strong data modelling capabilities including Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills with proven success examples of automation.
- A proven, tangible background in process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial information to wider business stakeholders.
- A background in reporting with a good knowledge of month-end processes.
- Confidence to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectives.
