Working in a well-established team, you will enjoy a broad diet of day-to-day work including corporate advisory, general commercial contracts, compliance and regulatory matters. The is also the chance to support on a number of cross-border matters taking place in the company\’s international network of offices. The legal team supports stakeholders across all business functions but most commonly Treasury, Finance and Tax.
The client believes that the role requires a candidate with at least 6 years\’ PQE, ideally from a corporate background but will also consider banking & finance lawyers looking to move into a generalist in-house role. As well as applications from UK & Ireland qualified lawyers, applications from those admitted in other Commonwealth jurisdictions will be considered.
