Role: As a Senior Associate in our Corporate team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional legal services.
Your responsibilities will include: Acting on corporate finance transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
Drafting standard corporate documents including articles of association, shareholders' agreements, and SPAs.
Collaborating with colleagues to provide innovative solutions for clients across various sectors.
