Overview

Role: Business Development Manager

Location: home based, with frequent travel across Scotland and Northern England

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + company car and uncapped commission

Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business by meeting target number of customer visits.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base and drive sales growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain a business plan for region with the ability to adjust to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions for our clients.
  • Setting up meetings and planning and preparing product demonstrations.
  • Communicating solutions to prospective clients.
  • Preparing quotations, building and maintaining a pipeline.
  • Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Follow and report on competitor activities and other market intelligence.
  • Feedback Voice of Customer.

What we are looking for:

  • Dynamic, energetic and driven personality.
  • Able to commit to travelling up to 4 days per week to meet clients (managing your own diary).
