We're working with a fast-growing business in Manchester that is expanding its sales team and looking for Sales Executives to join at an exciting stage of its growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, commercially driven and enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-led environment.

The Role

  • Work through a high volume of pre-generated leads, making approximately 150-200 outbound calls per day
  • Speak with prospective customers to understand their circumstances, needs and level of interest
  • Build rapport quickly and have confident, engaging conversations over the phone
  • Identify suitable opportunities and book qualified appointments with the Advisors
  • Follow up with prospects where required to maximise conversion
  • Manage your own pipeline and ensure appointments are accurately recorded and progressed
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and keep activity up to date
  • Work towards performance targets focused on the quality and conversion of appointments, including an 85% appointment sit rate
  • Ensure booked appointments are well qualified and have a strong likelihood of going ahead
