The Role:

They're now seeking a Sales Director – Invoice Financing. This is a senior opportunity is available for an experienced sales professional to originate and deliver tailored invoice finance and asset-based lending solutions. The role involves working with businesses-both new and existing-with turnovers between £25m and £100m, requiring strong regional market knowledge and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and deliver new Invoice Finance and Asset-Based Lending opportunities for mid-sized and larger businesses (£25m-£150m turnover).

  • Build strong relationships with clients to support growth and long-term partnerships.

  • Assess financial needs and structure tailored funding solutions, with support from specialist teams as needed.

  • Work closely with internal colleagues and external introducers to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Lead deal structuring and negotiations to secure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering Invoice Finance and ABL solutions.

  • Strong credit and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex financials and structure suitable funding.

  • Track record of leading high-value, strategic deals from origination to completion.

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, including senior-level engagement.

  • Collaborative leadership style, focused on performance, development, and continuous improvement.

  • Commitment to innovation and delivering excellent client outcomes.
