What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end business analysis, defining clear requirements and assessing impacts across systems, processes, data, people and customer journeys.
- Apply structured analysis and design frameworks to shape solutions, ensure alignment with target architectures, and support governance decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business needs, focusing on outcomes and value rather than predefined solutions.
- Create and manage epics, user stories and documentation to support Agile delivery teams.
- Oversee requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle, managing change, dependencies and impacts effectively.
- Review and sign off testing approaches and outcomes to confirm solutions meet agreed business needs.
- Identify opportunities to align initiatives across projects or programmes to improve efficiency and consistency.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience delivering end‑to‑end business analysis in complex, product‑led environments.
- Strong knowledge of customer needs, business and technical architecture, including systems, processes and data.
- Proven use of structured analysis and design frameworks to support sound decision‑making.
- Experience across Agile and Waterfall delivery models, with a solid grasp of IT lifecycles.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence, facilitate and communicate with clarity.
- Ability to work in ambiguous contexts, applying design thinking, strong analytical skills, and awareness of AI and data‑driven approaches.
