I am supporting a financial services business in the search for a Reward Specialist to join their HR team on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on role supporting the wider Reward function during an exciting period of change, including the launch of a new benefits portal and transition to a new benefits provider.
Working closely with the Reward Manager, Director and Head of Reward, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day reward activity, benefits administration and project delivery across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Reward team with day-to-day operational activity
- Assist with the implementation and launch of a new benefits platform
- Support the transition between benefits providers
- Manage and maintain reward and benefits data input
- Help coordinate reward communications and employee support queries
- Work closely with HR and Group People Services teams
- Get involved in projects and support delivery across multiple workstreams
- Ask the right questions, identify gaps and proactively support solutions
Previous experience within Reward, Compensation Benefits or HR Reward support. Ideally experience working within financial services.
