What you'll do:

  • Join the EMEA Talent Acquisition team supporting Front Office, revenue-generating businesses across Markets, Investment Banking and M&A within the Corporate & Investment Bank.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Investment Banking Analyst and Associate roles, with scope to support VP hiring and Corporate Banking as business needs require.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders in a highly structured and fast-paced environment, delivering thoughtful and consistent hiring solutions.
  • Support one of the firm's most visible and in-demand businesses, where roles attract strong market interest and offer meaningful exposure.
  • Deliver a high-quality, candidate-focused recruitment experience, reflecting the firm's commitment to excellence, while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance.
  • Manage a portfolio of 10-30 live requisitions, working collaboratively within the team to share responsibilities including CV review, screening and assessment.

What You Bring:

  • Ideal candidates will have experience recruiting within Investment Banking, gained either in-house or through a recruitment agency.
  • Alternatively, experience recruiting within a bank, boutique or smaller financial institution, asset manager, or Front Office functions such as Markets, Equity Research, Private Banking or Payments will be considered.
  • Proven experience as a Front Office recruiter, with exposure to candidates who have worked in banking or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle, including CV screening, headhunting, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer management and negotiation.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience recruiting Front Office roles, with a further 2+ years in a related sector, preferably within financial services.
