We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our client's team in Reading, to play a pivotal role in supporting the MD as his first EA in a growing Technology business. This is a high-profile position at the very heart of the business, where your organisational expertise, discretion, and proactive approach will ensure leadership can focus on strategic priorities.
From managing complex diaries and travel logistics to coordinating high-level meetings and stakeholder events, you will act as a trusted partner to the Executive team.
What you’ll do
- Provide seamless, dependable support to the MD, ensuring operations run smoothly day to day.
- Manage diaries, emails, and communications with discretion and accuracy.
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Organise national and international travel, including detailed itineraries.
- Coordinate stakeholder visits and key corporate events.
- Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners.
