We are working with an advisory firm to find a Director - Accounting Advisory, where you'll have the opportunity to lead high-profile projects, work closely with C-level executives, and build out their Thames Valley offering. The Role:
As a Director in Accounting Advisory, you will take ownership of client engagements from start to finish, providing expert guidance on complex accounting issues, regulatory compliance, and strategic transactions such as IPOs, acquisitions, and divestitures. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients while collaborating with Big 4 auditors and internal teams. The role offers flexibility in work location (office/remote/client site) and the chance to make a tangible impact across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through complex accounting issues and driving conclusions.
- Lead operational due diligence for major transactions, including IPOs, acquisitions, stock offerings, and debt raises.

What We're Looking For:
- ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification or equivalent.
