We are working with a leading global financial institution seeking a QA Tester to join their London-based technology team. This role will focus on supporting and validating enhancements to a core trading platform, working across the full trade lifecycle from Front Office through to Back Office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, front-to-back testing environment, with strong exposure to trading systems and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing across trading systems, covering Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office processes
- Execute functional and automated testing for trading applications
- Trace trade and order flows across multiple integrated systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity
- Validate FIX protocol message flows, including data transformation and routing
- Conduct reconciliation testing between trading platforms and downstream systems
- Support release cycles, including regression testing, smoke testing, and go-live validation
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and operations teams to understand requirements and resolve defects
- Manage and support non-production environments across front-to-back systems
