A leading global organisation is seeking a Procure to Pay Process Lead to join their team in a fully remote capacity.

As Procure to Pay Process Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of business operations by fostering collaboration across multiple departments.

Your day-to-day activities will involve partnering with various teams to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and introduce innovative solutions that enhance productivity.

Key duties include: Build strong business partnerships with Global Business Services, Supply Chain, Commercial Teams, and other key stakeholders across the organisation.

Propose and implement process simplification, automation, and innovation initiatives aligned with global functions and business objectives.

Monitor key performance indicators from Shared Services Centres and retained organisations to assess process quality and productivity for major projects.

Support Shared Services Centres and country teams in resolving complex issues within the Order to Cash area.

Align common goals between Global Business Services and business units while standardising processes for greater efficiency.

Participate as a key member in global strategic projects led by the Global Process Owner organisation.

Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and continuous improvement across all Order to Cash processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Act as a change agent by deploying new processes with minimal disruption and ensuring sustainability throughout the organisation.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement through best practice sharing and visible hands-on leadership.

Your proven track record as Procure to Pay Process Lead demonstrates your ability to manage financial operations efficiently while navigating complex organisational structures.

You bring advanced technical skills in SAP, Excel, BW or Power BI that enable you to analyse data effectively and drive informed decision-making.

Your collaborative approach allows you to work seamlessly across functions and geographies, engaging stakeholders at every level with empathy and clarity.

You excel at identifying areas for improvement within existing processes and implementing sustainable changes that benefit both local teams and global operations.
