We are looking for an experienced CyberArk SME, you will own and enhance the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform, acting as the technical lead for all PAM-related activities. You will ensure platform security, availability, scalability, and compliance while working closely with security, infrastructure, application, and audit teams.

What you'll do:

  • Own and manage the CyberArk PAM platform, including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PSM SSH.
  • Maintain platform health through upgrades, patching, hardening, monitoring, and disaster recovery testing.
  • Manage the onboarding and lifecycle of privileged accounts across servers, databases, applications, cloud, and DevOps environments.
  • Configure password vaulting, rotation, reconciliation, session monitoring, recording, and auditing.
  • Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, identity providers, SIEM platforms, ticketing systems, and other enterprise tools.
  • Develop automation using CyberArk REST APIs and PowerShell or Python scripting.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex PAM incidents and technical issues.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements through reporting and evidence collection.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best-practice guidance across the organisation.
