We are seeking a Portfolio PMO Analyst to join a technology portfolio management function within a leading global investment bank.

Initial 6 month contract with a hybrid working model (2/3 days in the office per week).

This role is suited to an experienced PMO or portfolio professional with a background in financial services, ideally banking, who can support IT governance, portfolio reporting, financial tracking and executive-level management information.

Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate IT project portfolio data, including status, milestones, risks, benefits and financial information.

Support project governance processes and ensure compliance with delivery frameworks and regulatory expectations.

Produce dashboards, MI and executive reporting for senior stakeholders.

Support budget management, forecasting, actuals tracking and variance analysis.

Review project updates and provide constructive challenge to ensure quality reporting.

Support governance meetings, portfolio processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work closely with technology teams, project managers and finance stakeholders.

About You You will have: Experience working in a PMO, Project Portfolio Management or project governance role within financial services (banking preferred) .
