About the Role

I am working with a client who are looking for a People Transformation Manager to join their team. This is a central role within the People function, where you can make a meaningful impact on how their services are designed and delivered. You will play a key role in driving quality, consistency, and performance across the People team, while supporting the delivery of key transformation initiatives aligned to our wider workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen HR and recruitment delivery across the organisation
  • Drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead on sponsorship and migrant workforce compliance (essential)
  • Support delivery of key People strategy priorities
  • Coach and support members of the wider People team

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience within HR/People functions, ideally in a transformation or improvement-focused role
  • Brings proven knowledge of sponsorship and migrant workforce compliance
  • Is confident driving standards, improving systems, and embedding best practice
