We are working exclusively with a well-established international bank to appoint an Enterprise / Non-Financial Risk Analyst into its London office. The role sits in a small, visible team responsible for strengthening the risk management framework across the UK business.

In this role you will:

  • Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the enterprise and non-financial risk framework, including policies, risk appetite and supporting standards.
  • Help to run core risk processes such as RCSAs, incident and issues management, and action tracking across first and second line teams.
  • Produce, enhance and automate risk MI and dashboards for senior management and risk committees, ensuring clear, insightful commentary.
  • Contribute to the preparation of materials for governance forums, including consolidating risk reports and drafting papers.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in the first line to improve control design, embed lessons learned from risk events and promote a strong risk culture.

Requirements

  • Experience in risk, audit, controls or analytics within financial services (e.g. banking, asset management, insurance) - enterprise or operational risk exposure would be ideal.
  • Familiarity with core risk concepts such as RCSA, incidents/issues, risk appetite and key risk indicators.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel/BI tools to produce clear, accurate MI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarise complex information for different audiences.
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a regulated environment.
