You'll have real ownership, responsibility and the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the wider business.
What you'll do:
- Partner closely with senior commercial and operational stakeholders, providing insightful financial analysis and challenge.
- Take ownership of a key business line & act as the finance lead and trusted commercial partner.
- Provide meaningful insight into performance, profitability, margins and key business drivers.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and commercial planning.
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
- Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.
- Challenge assumptions and influence decision-making using robust financial insight.
- Work collaboratively across a wider Finance Business Partnering team, sharing insight and supporting broader business priorities.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives that improve commercial performance and the effectiveness of the finance function.

- A proactive, ambitious and solutions-focused approach - someone who sees an opportunity and goes after it.
- Strong analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to understand the story behind the numbers.
- Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities.
- A genuine interest in the wider business, with the curiosity to understand what drives performance rather than simply reporting the numbers.
- A hands-on, collaborative approach and the confidence to make an impact from day one.
