Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound sales activity and marketing generated leads
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn, and digital outreach
- Arrange high quality meetings for the Business Development team by effectively qualifying customer requirements
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and market research tools
- Maintain accurate records of all pipeline activity and customer engagement within the CRM system
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to share campaign feedback and market insights
- Adopt a consultative sales approach tailored to each client's needs and challenges
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process
- Previous experience within a Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound sales role
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships and engage new prospects
- Experience using CRM systems and digital prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Commercially driven, proactive, and resilient with a strong interest in sales and business growth
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience within construction, manufacturing, or related sectors would be advantageous but is not essential
- Base salary of £32,000 plus uncapped commission
