I'm currently partnered with a fast growing FMCG business in Blackburn who are looking to add a Multiskilled Engineer to their team due to department growth. You'll be focused on minimising machinery downtime, conducting preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (days/nights), 12-hour shift.
