Learning Capability Specialist We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Learning Capability Specialist to shape and deliver a strategic learning agenda that drives measurable improvements in leadership, management and professional capability across a complex organisation.
You will act as the organisation's subject matter expert for learning and capability, leading the design, procurement, delivery and evaluation of high-quality learning solutions that support organisational priorities and workforce development.
