About the Role
Our client, a high-growth leader in the UK construction sector, is seeking a Project Buyer to take ownership of subcontract procurement on live projects. Focused on M&E and building services packages, this is a critical hire that will directly influence project delivery speed, commercial outcomes, and risk management.
What You'll Be Doing
- Full ownership of subcontract procurement for live projects
- Managing commercial terms, scopes, and BoQs
- Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5 years' experience in subcontract procurement (ideal)
- Background in M&E, building services, construction procurement, or utilities/hard FM
- Comfortable procuring subcontract packages, commercial terms, and BoQs/scopes
- Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
