Location: Manchester

Role Type: Permanent

Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday)

What You'll Do

  • Apply process improvement and design methodologies to analyse, redesign and optimise business processes, improving quality, efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyse process improvement data, using key metrics to measure outcomes and identify further opportunities for enhancement.
  • Support process improvement initiatives from inception through implementation, defining scope and requirements, establishing timelines and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps and gap/problem analyses.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal clients and key stakeholders to support successful process improvements.
  • Develop and support training and change management materials and activities to facilitate the implementation and adoption of new processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate project follow-ups and quality assurance activities, ensuring improvements are sustained and compliance with regulated and monitored processes is maintained.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years' experience in process improvement, business analysis or data analysis.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, business process optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong process mapping skills, with experience using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analysing data and using Microsoft Excel/MS Office.
  • Experience delivering and implementing business transformation, process change or change initiatives.
  • Financial services experience is desirable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
