Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours per week)

About the Role

We're working with one of Manchester's fastest-growing financial advisory firms, currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to support a senior partner.

This is a brand-new position, offering the chance to grow with the business and shape the role as the company continues its impressive expansion. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone with PA experience who's looking to develop into an executive-level role in the long term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full diary and meeting management, ensuring all appointments and events are scheduled efficiently
  • Coordinating travel arrangements across the UK (with occasional travel alongside the partner)
  • Managing emails, phone calls, and acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally
  • Assisting with personal tasks and day-to-day errands as required
  • Supporting with light office management duties, including handling incoming and outgoing post

About You:

  • Previous experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role
  • Ambitious and eager to progress your career within a dynamic, fast-paced organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A confident self-starter with great attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
