I am looking for an ambitious and commercially aware Learning & Development Consultant to join a growing business consultancy at an exciting stage of expansion. This is not a traditional L&D role. Alongside delivering client work, you'll help shape the future of the business through brand building, product development, marketing, and client relationship management. My client wants someone who will immerse themselves in the business, understand how they work, and become a visible face of the company.
Year 1 Focus
- 50% Client Delivery - workshops, learning interventions, consultancy support
- 25% Business Development & Brand Building - networking, blogs, marketing, relationship building
- 25% Product & Service Development - developing frameworks, tools, video content, and new services
Year 2 & Beyond
- Client visits and international travel
- Coaching and leadership development
- Focus groups and organisational assessments
- Psychometric and behavioural tools
- Designing bespoke L&D solutions
I am Looking For Someone Who:
- Is commercially aware and relationship-driven
- Has experience in L&D, coaching, consultancy, or organisational development
