We are looking for a Digital Merchandiser to help shape the onsite experience across multiple websites. You will work closely with Digital Trading, Marketing, SEO, Buying, and Customer Services teams to ensure products are launched accurately, easy to find, and presented in a way that drives engagement and conversion.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing product setup and launches across the website
  • Improving onsite search, navigation, filtering, and product discoverability
  • Supporting onsite merchandising across PLPs and search results
  • Working with internal teams on launches, promotions, and onsite content
  • Ensuring product content is accurate, engaging, and SEO optimised
  • Monitoring onsite performance and using insight to improve conversion and customer journey
  • Supporting and guiding the Digital Product Content Executive

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a Digital Merchandising or Digital Trading role
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and onsite customer journey
  • Experience with SEO and onsite optimisation
  • Confidence working with product attribution and merchandising tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working across multiple teams
  • Experience with platforms such as Algolia, Commercetools, or Amplience would be beneficial
  • Golf knowledge is a bonus but not essential
