What you'll do

  • Design and deliver interactive digital learning solutions, including E-learning courses, micro-learnings, simulations, assessments, and job aids.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend evidence-based learning or alternative solutions.
  • Use data, analytics, and evaluation frameworks to measure learning impact and inform improvements.
  • Ensure content meets accessibility, brand, and technical standards while incorporating emerging learning technologies.
  • Develop and maintain digital tools, templates, and platforms to support learning initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects, balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining compliant training records.

What you bring

  • Proven experience designing and delivering digital learning solutions, including E-learning, Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe 360.
  • Skilled in developing interactive content and using tools such as Microsoft Office, Vyond, and Synthesia.
  • Strong project experience: stakeholder management, design, and execution of digital learning initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in digital learning; not an operational trainer, but an SME in creating impactful learning experiences.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 A-AA), adult learning principles, and current digital learning trends.
  • Experience across any sector is welcome, ideally in financial services or asset management, with a proven ability to deliver measurable business impact.
