This hybrid role (3 days in the office) offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge commercial analysis projects while driving efficiency and innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analysing and optimising network services
- Delivering accurate bill validation and creating insightful trend reports using Excel and Power BI
- Investigating variances and providing clear commentary
- Managing supplier and customer queries to resolution
- Supporting the team with training, best practices, and process improvements
- Playing a key role in setting up FinOps processes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Power BI expertise
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Ability to present to clients
- Experience in tech or network-related bill validation is a bonus but not essential
- Knowledge of FinOps processes (Azure, AWS, GCS) is desirable but not essential
