The Role

Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience managing complex change initiatives is highly desirable.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
