The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our people strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will provide expert guidance on all aspects of HR, from talent management and organisational design to employee engagement and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
- Develop and deliver tailored HR solutions that align with organisational objectives.
- Lead on key projects such as workforce planning, succession planning, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Champion a high-performance culture by driving engagement and development initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience managing complex change initiatives is highly desirable.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
