We're looking for a technically minded regulatory professional to join our Treasury, Risk & Compliance team. This is not a traditional Compliance Officer or Risk role. Instead, we're seeking someone who understands how regulated finance products are structured, the legal and regulatory requirements that underpin them, and how those requirements can be applied to develop and evolve customer solutions.

You'll act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance across consumer credit, vehicle finance, employment tax and regulatory requirements, helping to ensure our products and schemes remain commercially effective, compliant and legally robust.

What you'll be doing:

  • Interpreting and applying Consumer Credit Act (CCA) requirements and FCA regulations.
  • Reviewing and maintaining regulated documentation, agreements and customer-facing materials.
  • Advising on creditor obligations including statements, notices and documentation requirements.
  • Supporting the development and evolution of vehicle finance and employee car schemes.
  • Assessing new product ideas and identifying legal, regulatory and tax implications.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to ensure solutions remain compliant and commercially viable.
  • Delivering technical guidance and training across the business.
  • Monitoring regulatory developments and translating legislative changes into practical business solutions.

We're particularly interested in speaking with people from:

  • Automotive Finance
  • Motor Finance
  • Vehicle Leasing

  • Employee Benefits & Salary Sacrifice
  • Employment Tax
  • Regulatory or Legal Advisory environments

What we're not looking for:

Whilst FCA experience is valuable, this role is not focused on:

  • Compliance monitoring
  • Complaints handling
  • Consumer Duty implementation
  • Risk frameworks
  • Governance oversight
  • Internal audit

We're looking for someone who understands how finance products are structured and how legal, regulatory and tax requirements shape those products.
