The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Service Architect to join Robert Walters as a Consultant. As a consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an assignment within our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional support. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global business, providing top-tier service to our blue chip clients.

What you'll do

  • Own and drive service design tasks to completion, ensuring all readiness evidence is collected for audits.
  • Design, document, and maintain end-to-end service architecture, including integrations, dependencies, and operating models.
  • Coordinate technical, operational, and supplier readiness, including SLAs, support models, contracts, and cost elements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data protection requirements while supporting risk identification and mitigation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, and business teams to deliver services efficiently and support continuous improvement.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in IT service design, delivery, or transition roles within complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across technical, operational, and business teams.
  • Familiarity with IT frameworks and standards such as ITIL, COBIT, NIST, and ISO.
  • Skilled in producing service documentation, operating models, SLAs, and supporting governance and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently and at all levels, including CXO.
