What you'll do

  • Lead regulatory change workstreams, assessing new requirements and managing the activities needed for successful delivery.
  • Partner with teams across Investment Management, Stewardship, Portfolio Review, Legal, Data, Distribution and Technology to identify and implement required changes.
  • Analyse regulatory developments, document business requirements and communicate key impacts to senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops to develop practical solutions and ensure regulatory considerations are embedded across relevant processes.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, stakeholder responsibilities and deliverables in collaboration with Programme Managers.
  • Coach and support junior team members in business analysis and project management best practice.

What you bring

  • Strong background in PMO, regulatory change or project delivery, with a strong understanding of financial services regulations.
  • Proven track record of leading regulatory change initiatives, including CCI projects and implementation from planning through to delivery.
  • Experience producing regulatory communications, packs and senior-level reporting, with the ability to clearly present complex requirements and impacts.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across diverse teams and managing dependencies and competing priorities.
  • Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and driving workstreams forward.
  • Experience coaching and supporting junior colleagues, with a commitment to sharing best practice across regulatory change, PMO and business analysis.
