What You'll Do
- Analyse sustainability regulations, industry standards and reporting requirements, assessing business implications.
- Prepare and enhance clear, accurate and consistent sustainability disclosures.
- Translate complex requirements into practical recommendations and concise executive communications.
- Collaborate across investment, legal, compliance, risk, data, technology and operational teams.
- Facilitate workshops to define requirements, resolve issues and develop implementation solutions.
- Strengthen governance by documenting decisions, escalating risks and reviewing ESG data quality.
- Develop scalable reporting processes and technology-enabled solutions, while coaching junior colleagues.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in ESG or sustainability reporting and regulatory change.
- Experience within asset management or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability regulations, reporting and governance controls.
- Proven ability to deliver regulatory or business change projects.
- Skilled in analysing complex requirements and translating them into clear actions.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with sound judgement and risk awareness.
