Join a leading investment management firm as an ESG Senior Business Analyst for an initial 6 month contract. Sitting within the Business Change function, this role focuses on delivering high-impact regulatory and ESG-driven change initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis and delivery for regulatory and ESG-driven change projects
- Define and document user and business requirements, operating models, and business cases
- Collaborate across Business, Data, and Technology teams
- Support strong change governance and stakeholder engagement
- Manage scope, risks, and issues across the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For:
- Proven ESG experience in a Business Analyst role - essential
- Background in Asset Management is required
- Strong knowledge of regulatory change processes
- Experience working in Agile, Lean, and Waterfall delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, including Front Office and Risk/Compliance
