- Proven expertise in Investment or Wealth operating models including client journeys, products, clients, and applicable regulation gained through hands-on experience.
- Experience delivering large-scale business or platform transformation programmes within the Wealth or Asset Management industry.
- Demonstrated ability defining future-state business processes and operating models that align with strategic goals.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Aladdin, Temenos, Avaloq or similar systems would be advantageous.
- Experience applying AI and automation tools to improve productivity and enhance deliverable quality throughout the business analysis lifecycle.
- Comprehensive knowledge of core business analysis techniques including requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution evaluation.
- Skilled in designing and implementing organisational or technology change within multidisciplinary teams using Agile or Waterfall frameworks.
