We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Bid & Proposals Executive to play a key role in securing new business through high-quality, strategic bid submissions. This is a fast-paced, high-impact position where you'll lead on major opportunities from early-stage strategy through to final submission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Win Strategy & Positioning
    • Lead the development of clear, compelling win themes and bid strategies for a range of opportunities, from targeted bids to large-scale frameworks.
    • Analyse client requirements, market trends, and competitor positioning to shape a strong and differentiated approach.
    • Collaborate with business development and senior stakeholders to ensure every submission aligns with broader commercial objectives.
    • Identify key client drivers and translate them into tailored, persuasive messaging throughout each proposal.
  • End-to-End Bid Management
    • Manage multiple bids simultaneously, taking full ownership from pre-bid planning through to final submission.
    • Proactively support opportunity qualification, assessing factors such as strategic fit, timelines, and resource requirements.
    • Lead bid kick-off meetings, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
    • Ensure all submissions are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with client requirements.
    • Maintain control of the bid process, coordinating inputs from across the business to keep everything on track.
  • Content Creation & Delivery
    • Draft, edit, and refine high-quality ITT (Invitation to Tender) responses, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact.
    • Develop compelling executive summaries that clearly articulate value propositions and client outcomes.
    • Tailor content to each opportunity, moving beyond boilerplate responses to create client-focused, winning submissions.
    • Work closely with subject matter experts to translate technical information into clear, engaging content.
    • Continuously improve and maintain bid content libraries and best practice materials.
  • Review & Stakeholder Coordination
    • Coordinate internal review processes, ensuring all content is accurate, aligned, and of the highest quality.
    • Facilitate review meetings and incorporate feedback from senior stakeholders efficiently and effectively.
    • Support the preparation of client presentations and interviews, helping to shape messaging and delivery.
    • Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and branding across all bid materials.
