People Advisor - 12-Month FTC
?? London (Hybrid - 2 days/week + 1 Friday/month)
Working across both the advertising and specialist space, you'll navigate a complex, matrixed organisation, delivering proactive, people-first support to employees and leaders alike. If you're an experienced HR professional with strong employee relations skills and a flair for enabling great workplace culture, this is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:-
Be a go-to partner for HR advice, ER matters, and performance management

Lead on on-boarding, flexible working, visa, and maternity processes

Champion inclusivity, diversity and engagement initiatives

Support managers in talent development, feedback, and coaching

Analyse people data for leadership reporting

Continually review and improve employee experience and HR processes

Proven HR Advisor/Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment

Confident in handling employee relations, performance, and talent issues

Strong understanding of UK employment law and best practice

Empathetic communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
