This IT Asset Manager role focused on hardware asset management (HAM) across EMEA, with responsibility for the full asset lifecycle from procurement through to secure disposal.
Looking for someone with strong IT Asset Management / IT Operations experience, with hands-on with ITIL, CMDBs and Service Now.
The person will also work closely with IT, Procurement and Finance to improve inventory accuracy, asset utilisation and cost control.
About the role
The IT Asset Manager will define and implement a standardised lifecycle process for physical IT assets across EMEA.
This includes maintaining accurate inventories, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
What you'll do
- Design and implement hardware lifecycle policies and procedures.
- Maintain a centralised asset inventory with 95%+ data accuracy using Service Now.
- Define asset taxonomy and lead reconciliation and clean-up efforts.
- Produce regular reports and dashboards on asset status, utilisation, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e. g., DORA and ECB).
- Support audits with accurate documentation and lifecycle records.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance on budgeting, vendor management, and cost optimisation.
