What you'll do
- Maintain and update the UCITS product roadmap, ensuring trackers, version control, and stakeholder-ready summaries are accurate and regularly refreshed.
- Coordinate inputs for product assessments, governance papers, and planning materials, ensuring information is complete, structured, and aligned across stakeholders.
- Support PRD leadership forums, including agendas, pre-reads, meeting logistics, action tracking, and follow-up management to ensure accountability and progress.
- Produce high-quality presentations, briefing packs, and reports by synthesising complex information into clear narratives, visuals, and leadership-ready outputs.
- Provide ongoing governance and reporting support, including status updates, recurring communications, and maintenance of key trackers and documentation.
- Act as a coordination point across cross-functional teams, supporting delivery of planning cycles, projects, and light resource or forecasting inputs where required.
What you bring
- Experience in change management or transformation delivery, ideally supporting large-scale programmes involving process, governance, or organisational change.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to coordinate senior cross-functional partners across Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Product without direct authority.
- Proven PMO or programme coordination experience, including managing complex plans, tracking dependencies, maintaining RAID logs, and supporting portfolio-level reporting.
- Experience supporting governance and executive forums, including preparation of steering committee packs, briefing notes, action tracking, and decision logs.
- Strong communication and analytical capability, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights.
